Rectory Bar & Kitchen is situated in Cheadle and will offer a laid-back dining experience with a big emphasis on craft ale to be sold in and out of house.
The brief was challenging; to maximise covers, create a display area for a large selection of craft ales, provide a great deal of storage, versatile seating options to accommodate various-sized groups of drinkers and diners, a fully functional and stylish bar, and the addition of a disabled toilet was an absolute necessity.
All of this with a very limited amount of space.
Our clients informed us that they appreciate a stripped-back, industrial aesthetic. We worked collaboratively with them to create a design that blends natural materials with softer textures, injecting gentle pops of colour for a more playful aesthetic. We believe this will encourage diners to feel relaxed and comfortable so that they really enjoy their Rectory experience.
